|  what do i do Alright so i have a drug test in a little less than a month for the postal service. I smoked yesterday one fat bone and 3 bowls from a bong. This was with 4 people. what do i need to do to flush this through my system, i tried a search. also note im a big guy im like 5'11-6'0 230 pounds fat! any help is appreciated |

| Helpp!!!! alright the bud i smoked wasnt all that great i didnt even feel high. At most if I were to guess it was about a bowl i smoked my self. I smoke a lot, my mom has pulled some strings to get me this job and now i cant **** it up. I have looked at the threads with the information, but im also on vicadens because im getting my wisdom teeth removed. I think im gonna drink lots of water and gatorade, and eat red meat as much as possible but thats going to be pretty difficult considering i can barely chew. HELPPPPP |

| Post office job pee test is not observed. Substituting a clean sample will allow you to continue using and pass. If you want to quit for a month, home test yourself at around 25 days to determin if you may still need to dilute to drop below the 50ng/mL level. Hope that helps. N2

| having the drugtest after being clean for 28 days I have been drinking a lot of fluids, I was told by a friend that cranberry juice and golden seal???? tea help, hows it look for me passing? |

| Do a home test. Anything less is just a guess....ok, I guess that with my dilution guidelines you will not test possitive for drugs. Keep us posted and good luck. N2 |

| I passed the drug test and now im working there, i thought the drug test was going to take more time. I thought it would have to be sent out or something the lady tested it in 2 mins. I walked out knowing I passed. |
