multi-vitamins help at all?

Hey,

Looking to flush out my system quicker than doing nothing......

do multi-vitamins help at all w/ naturally getting the ganja out of your system? i take a typical 'one-a-day' multivitamin everyday....

as far as the 'B-Complex' that people say to take when you need a piss test.... what is that exactly? my multi-vitamin has B1,B12,B6...... are these the right ones?

Also, my friend swears by massive amounts of Vitamin C. Anybody heard anything of this?

From what I've gathered the vitamins just make your piss darker in color they dont really take the THC out of the system, unless maybe they are metabolism pills.

Lecithin helps to emulsify fat cells..........makes them more water soluable. That will help in the detox protocal.......and of course must be taken regularly... From my knowledge, multi vitamins will not help clean you out any faster....possibly a little bit.
There isn't any ONE thing that is going to clean a person out that much faster...but a series of things in conjuncture with each other can assist.
You might want to take some time and read through the threads on this site....
