Hi guys, i'm new to the site and to smoking, and need some advice. prior to a concert this weekend, i took two hits off a bong, forgetting that i had a drug test coming up. i've smoked 3 times in my life, the other two being this past october. I'm a white male, 5'10" 165 lbs, fairly active metabolism. i'm pretty fit and plan on running at least 4 miles each day from now (4/24) until three days before the test (5/13). is there any chance i'll be clear for a urine test in like 20 days?? Any help or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

I think you'll be just fine. Two hits is not many, esp. since you were clean before then. Most daily smokers take 30 days or more to clear, but a small-timer like you should be clean in 20 days easy (I'm betting 10 days or less)-and the working out will really help. You can also get a home test from just about any pharmacy ($15) and test yourself after a couple of weeks if you're still nervous. But really, don't worry.

Yes, you should be under the cutoff limit in 20 days, considering you only had two bong hits, and you were a very light user prior to that.

So relax, and wait for the day you can toke again!

I doubt it, though it depends on the company. One poster had to have a hair test for Apple Corp. I think they're probably pretty expensive.

what are my chances against a hair test if i took those two hits and was in the room with other smokers for about a half hour on two consecutive nights 20 days before the test? do i have a chance? is there anything i can do? Thanks.
