Here's my situation: I have been applying for jobs all over the place(lost job and need one fast). The friday before last I had an interview with an employer and come monday morning they called me back for another one on Wednesday. Before this time I hadn't smoked since New years day this year.

I wasn't worried at all about it and was running around with a buddy of mine doing some errands. A friend of his called and we swung by his house. Now, I have just moved into town and I don't have any connections at all and this buddy is the only real friend(besides the wife) I have in this area. It JUST so happens his friend sells pot and is a religious smoker. Well, la de da, I had a true delimma. To smoke or not to smoke? I gave in to temptation and I smoked some that day and also bought a quarter for "after the drug test". This was that monday and I had a weird feeling that they would give me a drug test right after the interview(has happened to me in the past). So, I told the guy I might have a drug test and he told me about this stuff called "Omni" and where I could find some.

I bought some of that and started drinking water like crazy, more than ten 20 OZ bottlesa day for that monday and tuesday. On Wednesday, before the test, I took the Omni and went in for the interview. It went well and he told me I had a good chance but did not give me a drug test. I was curious so I picked up a self test at Walgreens. It's the "atHome" brand and if negative will show 2 bands, 1 for the control side and 1 for the Test side. I tried it(with the Omni cleanser still in system) and the Test band was bright red, which indicates a negative test. The only problem I saw is that it almost gave my urine a greenish tint to it. But I thought "Wow, if this stuffs works this well, I can smoke some with my wife tonight and just buy more!". So, I smoked that night(a lot).

Thursday, they call me and offer me a job and want me to come in Friday for a phsyical and drug test, I tell them monday works best for me so it is set. After, the smoke session on Wednesday I did the same as before and drank a lot of water. I also exercize a lot, my weight is 160 and I'm 5'10. I thought, I'd try another "atHome" test and see where I stood. Friday afternoon I was clean but only with a faint line across the test side. As far as I know this is still passing. So, of course I had to celebrate me passing without any cleanser and I smoked Friday night.

Now, here I sit Sunday night posting this to all you fine people. I have exercized and drank A LOT of water. I took another test about 20 minutes ago and the line was faint but a little more there than Friday's test. I have some more cleanser but this is a different brand(formula3). Now, I will wake up early take this cleanser and hope for the best. I almost feel that I could pass this without it but don't want to take the chance. I feel like if I don't take it then my urine will be almost clear and if I do take it then my urine will have a greenish tint to it. My wife and I came up with the line if asked about color, "I take a lot of creatine, vitamins, Whey supplements, and drink a lot of water because I am training for a Toughman Competition". I have a high protein diet but do not take any creatine but there is a lot of creatine in this cleanser so I thought I may account for it. Most of the tests I have taken for the job field I am in are tests they do on site and don't require any lab testing(just watch them send this one off to the lab). Actually, I think they use a similiar product in some of the ones I've seen. The last one I took in this area sent me to a clinic to do one and it gave the results right there a few minutes later.

I'll post the results after I get them and I hope I get them tomorrow. If I pass this test I will smoke some just to celebrate ... actually I think I will smoke some either way.

Wow....that post is like a novel!!
Read up on the dilution tips at the top of the main page...sounds like you should get through this test if you dilute properly...(mabey without). Might want to get another test and check yourself right before you take the real test.

Those expensive "cleansers" don't really clean anything. They work by getting you to drink vast quantities of water. This dilutes your urine to bring the levels of THC metabolites below test thresholds. They add some creatinine and B-vitamins (for color) to make it seem less dilute to the testers.

You can accomplish the same thing with a bottle of B-complex and a bottle of creatinine for a whole lot less money.

Yay! I passed the test! And I have orientation tomorrow and then work the following day, yay! The more I think about it the less enthusiastic that yay really is :P.

I think you all could be right about those cleansers but the one thing it did do was make my urine yellow. So you say a bottle of B complex will do the same? If so, awesome, I'm all about saving money. And yes, I do understand the concept of dillution and THC metabolites but honestly didn't know that all you really need to do is drink assloads of water and then pop some misc. vitamin B pills and an aspirin before the test.

I am guessing I won't have to take any other tests and if I do they should give me notice. By then I will already have purchased some synthetic urine.

Well, in roughly 3 hours and 20 minutes I will put our children down for the night and the wife and I will enjoy some well deserved bowls.
