to start im 18 yrs old, 155 pounds, and 6'2''. I have a pretty fast metabolism, (just look at the height to weight) I only smoked once or twice a month for the past year but in the past 2 weeks, ive smoked every day, and now my mom wants me to look for a new job.

how common is it to have a drug test required? I didnt have one when i got my current job at a drugstore. How long do i need to wait until im "clean"?

I found in my job hunting that most job applications state whether a drug test will have to be taken before employment. Places like Best Buy and WalMart (larger chains) probably have them, smaller local stores might have them but around here they usually dont. It might depend where you live but here its fairly pot friendly.

Yea the larger companies have them, big franchises usually because they are such large companies, anything local more than likely wont' have pre-emp drug tests but all have post accident drug testing.

I don't think they test for your average near minimum wage job.
