| Okay here's the deal. I home tested on friday morning(with first load) and the 'T' line was barely visible(almost next to nothing). I test again today(monday afternoon) with 2nd or 3rd load and i see a faint pink line about 40% color of the 'C' line(I was drinking water before the test and my pee was more white than yellow). I have test on wednesday. Should I go or call it off and wait months for another chance? If I do decide to go, how can I dilute enough but not to let them know something is up? Also if I go, should I stop excersizing and working out today? Also is there anything else I can do now to get cleaner for wednesday? I currently drink about 1.5liter of cranberry juice mixed with a lot of powder fiber(about 50g) everday. Thanks for all your help and tips, I really appreciate it. |

| I recently took, and passed, a drug test that also tests for creatine levels (this helps determine if you are dilute). I had the same circumstances as you, light line on first pee of day- few days later darker line with later pee and some water. Everyone says a light line is passing, but it does make you nervous. So, just to keep that dark line, an hour or so just before the test I drank about half a gallon of strong gatorade (from mix, added extra) with a tsp. of salt (that's a bit more than the dilution post recommends- for specific gravity.) I took no creatine supplements, which are also recommended- I didn't think of it. I also drank constantly (just water) for a few hours before- peed freely. Supposedly you are clean without dilution now, though. But that's my story. Oh, and you should stop working out. Eat red meat for creatine and lay around. |

| Thanks for the story legaleyes. Just curious, why gatorade? Also the only immediate source of creatine for me right now is in a weight gaining formula. Should I use that? |
