K, yes, I've done the research and read many posts about how goldenseal does nothing. I don't feel quite as strongly about this as I do the detox drinks (having little personal experience with goldenseal), but I refuse to believe it does nothing. If, as everyone in this message board says, goldenseal does nothing, why does California NORML report it's being tested for? Would they really waste the time developing a test for a legal herb commonly used to attempt to cleanse the system and pass drug screens if it didn't have some effect on the test? I think not. Just my opinion. I don't know any more than most people on here, just trying to get the truth... If anyone REALLY knows the truth. Also, you can post as many links as you want to "fooling the bladder cops" and it really isn't a defense. That "publication" is quite outdated, and although quite a bit of the knowledge is still useful, we live at a time where technology moves quickly, and things like that need to be updated. I DO want to say, though, you guys have alot of useful info here and it's great that there are knowledgable people that constantly cruise the boards answering peoples' questions. I think the results are what count, and you've helped many people... Speaking for myself and friends I've directed to the site, THANK YOU
