I am a 19 yr. old male who has a drug urine test for an internship on the 18th of this month and I am wondering what I need to do to pass?
My stats:
Weight: 135 lbs.
pretty high metabolism
The last time I smoked was officially April 8th--but only 2 strong hits from a bowl.
Before that, my only significant smoking was March 26th-Apr. 2 a couple hits a day. (spring break)

I have been working out with some regularity but have stopped now. I am taking Vitamin B-complex tablets and I am planning on dilluting. Do I need to also take creatine if I am going to dilute. Also, a local head shop has Vale. Should I take that? Can testing companies detect Vale? Will it make me sick if I take it?

I think that I should be fine with only B-complex and dilluting (actually how much should a person with my body dilute? how much water)?

any advice?

you dont need to do anything to pass its been like 40 days if your nervous go buy a home drug test at a local store for 20 dollars piss in it i bet you pass. if you dont then go buy another test and drink 32 ounces of gatorade than take the test then you will pass. no point in diluting if not necessary there are ways of tracing diluting

Stay well hydrated (lightly diluted) so you can deliver on demand with that gateraid.


I disagree with Joe ...The only possable tracing of dilute result would be by an employer, but then, so what. Then again, I'm covered by DOT. If you work for a company or in a field like I do that requires a annual drug test plus random and post accident, if you were dilute on your anual every year, that is a pattern, but under DOT, they can not use it against you. They can, under certian conditions, request another sample collecter under observation. But if that sample comes back negitive-dilute, you are negitive. Nope that helps. N2

dude i passed at 20 days clean your good dont even waste your money with a home test

Yes "you" passed on 20 days clean. But you are different from nearly every other person on earth. This is the reason we have so many "am I clean questions". Just want to make it clear that everyone is different and just because one person passes in 20 days clean doesnt mean that another with fairly similar metabolisms and weight could pass in 20 and it could be up to as many as 2 full months as in my friends case. Dont want to give people false hope and unless you are 100% sure dont tell someone positively it is so, tell them its in your humble opinion or your guess.

I would suggest that everyone gets home tests if they are not clean for more than 2 months just to be sure. They are very inexpensive and are pretty accurate. IMHO I would say that if you use the beginning stream from your first piss of the day and pass with a solid negative then you can pass any UA. Also please post your results with specific info such as height, weight, metabo., eat and exercise cycles... So we may better understand how these factors contribute to the elimination of toxins in your body.

The only sure way is Substitution... The rest is guess work.

I have no clue where to buy a drug test on such short time before my test. What stores carry them?

You can buy them at most drug stores. I'd try the big chain stores first. They cost $15 - $20. If you anticipate needing them in the future you can buy them by the bunch on eBay for less than $2 each.
