First off, 5"8, 137 pounds.

on May 6th, 2005 I got busted for simple posession. Since then, I have smoked 1 time, 3 days after, So i've been clean a mere six days now. My trial date is early June, and I'm almost 100% sure they will test me to see if I have been clean since then or not. My question is, is this the same kind of Urine test as I would be trying to pass for a job? I already drink 3-4 bottles of gatorade on a daily basis, and I work out everyday, except sat. and sun. Basically all I'm asking is will using the methods provided by the threads on this forum help me pass my test? Thanks in advance for all your guys' help.

Exercise and a good diet will cause you to burn body fat, which is where the THC metabolites are stored. This puts them into your blood. Drinking lots of fluids and a high-fiber diet helps to move the process along. From there you can eliminate them through urine and feces.

A few days before your test you want to go the other way. Vege and pig out. This places you in fat-storing mode and no more metabolites are released.

I also take a Vitamin everyday, along with a pill containing Fish, Flax, and Borage. The flax pill is supposed to help me burn fat, but I'm just wondering if there could be any negative effects to taking these pills? I'm not a big eater..but I DO drink a lot, I mean a lot of fluids. Should I change my regular diet? I already drink about 5-6 glasses of water per day.
Also, I smoke cigarettes.. any negatives to that? (passing the urine test-wise)
One last thing.. lol I'm trying some 'legal herb' soon. The site I ordered from says that there is no possible way to fail a drug test by using their products.. I was just wondering if there might be a positive to this? Maybe replacing the THC in my fat cells with the 'other stuff'?

"Legal herb" will do nothing to help you pass a THC test. It won't do much for your head, either. There's nothing like the real thing.
