| I figured I would pack in a few questions rather than make many threads. When diluting, can you replenish too much. Can you have too much specific gravity and too much creatine in your urine. My main concern is the creatine rather than specific gravity. How much creatine should I take, taking into consideration I have about two weeks to prepare and I am a small guy? Also about the B-vitamins. Which ones specifically should you take? Is there an all in one you should take? Thanks for the help. |
