I smoked Friday (5/13) for the first time in maybe a year - took 3 hits out of a bubbler - barely even felt it. I just accepted an Internship for this summer, and I am going to be sent to be drug tested (probably within the next week). I'm a bit nervous now as to if I'll pass. I started drinking a ton of water today, but was wondering what I should do to prepare. I guess I'll run to Walgreens and get a self-test kit, but should I do anything special?

I also took Adderral for the first time ever last week to help with finals (one 20mg extended release pill) - is that anything to worry about either?

I'm 6 foot, 155 pounds, in pretty good shape but don't exercise anymore.

1 time occasional use, like you discribe, is only detectable for a few day, 1-7. Use the home test on your most concentrate urine, usually the first one of the day. If that urine passes, you have nothing to worry about. As for the Rx drug, if you have a prescription, your fine. If not, its off topic (posting guidelines).
