Even though I am VERY nervous, I am going to try substitution. I still have a couple questions I couldn’t find the answers to that may make me less nervous.

1.If I hold the urine in a condom and insert it like a tampon, will this alone keep the temp high enough?

2.Will the condom contaminate the specimen?

3.How fresh does the urine have to be?

Please help me! Thanks.

1, yes (I'm told some KY lube helps)
2. not if washed and rinced well
3. in an air tight container, up to 1 year frozen, 30 days refrigerated and at least 8 hours at room/body temp
