I was busted smoking in some parking lot, but they didnt catch up to me until a few hours later at which time I didnt have anything on me accept for a peice of shake a about O that big they found in my bookbag after a half hour of searching. I'm not even sure it was weed, it could have just been a green leaf, but they said they were going to get it tested and what not...I never did hear whether or not they got it tested. (Im up for posession charges) Im just telling you this because I think its also possible I could get charges dropped.

I figured Id have a month or so after the papers came till my court date but it ended up being only two weeks. Up until April 14 I smoked every day five times a day, then from April 14 to April 23 I smoked around once a day. I smoked two bowls around April 30 and then on may 6 I smoked a half bowl. My court date is set for May 24, So I'll have been clean 18 days and only have smoked two and a half bowls the whole month. All of the smoking consisted of pure kind bud, and I'm 6' 2'' 250 lbs. I do a fair amount of exercising, but I also have a pretty slow metabolism. Should I be good or would it be better to take extra percautions?

Oh yeah, my councler is testing me thursday, but he said If I fail he was just going to act like it never happened and wait till right before court to test me. He's using one of those home drug tests...im definitly wondering whether or not Ill be able to pass that one. Thanks!

In response to the thread titled "court date sooner than orinially expected" or something like that being closed, Im not a minor...I was told things would go more smoothly in court if I had a drug councler. I was still in highschool up until today which was the seniors last day of school, that would be the reason I had a bookbag.

OK, after reading your post and checking your profile, I'll accept you are of age.
It will likly be a dipstick type test. Try a home test a day or 2 before the 24th. If you pass with your 1st urine of the day, you should be good. If not, plan to dilute.
