| Please, please help! I have smoked daily for yrs. (really good stuff for several months to a year now & have to test tomorrow! I am active & workout 2-3 times/week. I am 120 lbs. and the last time I smoked was Sunday night. I read about the aspirin, gatorade, b2, and I plan to try this and test myself before the test. I just have a few questions. Is gatorade or water better? How should I boost creatine (or is it possible this quickly?), and how likely is it this method will work for me as I am such a "chronic" smoker? Please try to set my mind at ease... I know that if I pass my home test I will feel a lot better. I am very concerned about the creatine, though, b/c I was specifically told tomorrows test WILL test this. Thanks in advance, and btw - this forum is great! |
