Hello

I need some help. I already failed a drug test and lost one job this year. I have a second chance. I've been a smoker for 10 years at least. Im 29 fit, fast metabolism, daily smoker.
Im thinking the only way to fully pass this next test is to have a clean donor. First question is: can the donor sample be frozen until test day? What is a safe temperture? Can I pretest it at home first; will it be accurate? How long is the shelf life? What is the best way to handle the sample pre-test..would i be better off getting the sample the same day or the day before the test?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is good up to 1 year.
Most test require the temp be 90-100 when the sample is submitted. A few now require 94-100 degrees.

In an air tight container forzen up to 1 year. Refrigerated, up to 30 days. At room/body temp, at least 8 hours
Practice with water.
