Whats the Vitamin C rumor? Im sick and taking it anyway....but I heard if you take LARGE doses it does something for you...

Help a girl out pretty please?

Oh by the way, I woulden't take any kind of vitamin in a large dose because it could kill you.... So don't do anyting unless you talk to a parent/doctor, k hun?

Yeah anything in large isnt healthy...like water...lol .

Sorry I wasnt trying to be all off-topicish or nothing I just thought I read somewhere that you can take Vitamin C before a drug test and it helps lower metabolites some nonsense like that. I was wondering if anyone had heard the same.

Hey girl, take my advice. Vitamin C is not toxic at any dosage. Other vitamins like D are extremely dangerous when over-dosed. What kind of illness are you suffering from? Your question is somehow related to pot because the ingredients for THC removal from hair include vitamin E
