Hello

I am a light smoker. 5 or so puffs a week.
I am changing the jobs and they hit me with the surprice. I need to do the test.
So, I went to to the store and bought myself a cleansing product.

I was instructed to drink the whole bottle, then refill it twice and drink it as well two hours before the test.

I took the test and 3 days later I was informed that my test came negative but was diluted. Company want to re-test me based on that.
My test is tommorow, so I went out and bought the bottle of the same stuff that I used last time.
What else can I do to just pass it and move on if possible.

I would be willing to guess from reading so many posts here that your creatine level was too low. I don't know what to tell you really, but perhaps eating a steak for breakfast this morning would help as red meat raises creatine level (but I don't know how quickly). I also read somewhere that that part of the test isn't fair b/c they would have to check your personal level sometime before the test. Oh, and another thing you might do is drink gatorade instead of water with that stuff. Anyway - I just thought I would put my 2 cents in. Hope it goes well. Another too dilute is better than a positive test anyway, I think!
