|  Sensitivity of home drug tests Will they come up negative only if you have absolutely nothing in your system or is there a cutoff. I do not want to take the home test and get a negative, then take the real test and get a positive because the real test is more sensitive or has a lower cutoff. |

| The home test have a standard cutogg value of 50ng/mL. If the lab doing you test is using the same cutoff, then you are OK. There are labs that are offering 20ng/mL and 100ng/mL cutoff test, but they are pretty rare. Hope that helps. N2
