I'm 5'10" pretty damn skinny (135lbs) and I have an extremeley fast Metabolism. About a month and a half ago I took 5 hits of nugs and had a piss test 9 days later and took a LOT of niacin the night before. The next morning I passed.

Today he comes over and I can't pee on the spot all the time so we waited for like 30 minutes and finally i let out a little bit into the cup. I smoked a quarter of low grade pot approximately 2 weeks ago, and maybe 4 one hitters 4 days ago. The test was an ABM Rapid drug screen, where they slide the card into the top and shake around the piss. Well I tested positive. I took a LOT of niacin last night as well. I completely denied using and he told me to come in to his office when I can and when work does not get in the way. I am going to go in 4 days. Between now and then I think I may be ok without using anything to pass but then again I can never be to sure. Tomorrow I have to work an 8 hour day and a 5 hour night, and I will work out like mad tonight and tomorrow when I get the chance and then the next days up to the test I will stop working out and just be lazy... Is it true that you shouldnt work out and eat a lot of food a few days before? Help! I cannot give a clear sample like I used to because he knows about that now and I am wondering if i "dilute" and take those B vitamin things over the weeked, just how many times can I pee before it isnt yellow anymore, even if the vitamins do make it yellow

If your urine is still yellow after drinking a load of water/gateraid, then you are not diluted. The lighter the color of the urine, the more dilute it is. Good luck. N2
