| Hi all, I have a test coming up soon, and I MUST pass as I urgently need to get this job. So any comments and advice is HIGHLY appriciated. I am 23, been smoking regurlarly, around 1 joint a night for about a year. My joints aint really that FAT (and prior to about 2 months before stopping, my joints could probably be counted as half a joint). I haven't smoked since May 10 (today is may 19), 75kg (165 pounds), around 5'10" (so rather skinny) and believe that I have a high metabolism, as no matter what I eat, I have difficulty putting on weight. In fact, I never remember being 76kg. In fact, I hadn't smoked for about a week back in april aswell, don't know if that really makes a difference though. I've been drinking around 2 litres of cranberry juice a day, as well as a good deal of other liquids (mainly water) since stopping smoking. Over the last few days, I've started taking vitamin b-comlex (1 tablet a day), and try to excercise as often as I can. I play football around once a week, but will be excercising more intensly from now on. I had the interview today, which went preety well, and should hopefully be getting a phone call within the next 4-5 days, probably asking me to attend the medical. Which to my guess will be around a week after the phone call (hopefully later than sooner). As far as I'm aware, it's going to be a urine test. Another important thing that I noticed while browsing the internet is that since I live in the UK, employment medical tests will LIKELY search for 15 µg/L, and not the usual 50 µg/L like in the US. I know it seems as if I written an essey, but its very important that I pass this and thought the more you know about my situation, the better you may be able to comment on it. Anyone is welcome to comment and give advice, as I URGENTLY need it. Any questions, FIRE THEM AWAY. Thank you all in advance. One more thing, does smoking cigarettes make a difference what so ever??? |

| cigs, no problembo. Joint a day will not keep the metabolites away. Don't care if you only smoking skinny blunts. Put the test off as long as possible, exercise like a biatch up until 2 days before you have to pee. Then quit exercising and become a lard-arse couch potato. If you really need to pass an EMIT on 15 ng/ml, that's going to be tough. I would definitely think about substitution. If you are going to be watched, then better get ready to dilute. Start on creatine supplement right now. Taking creatine a day before the test will not help. Don't bother drowning yourself in fluids until the day of the test. All that juice and **** days before the test is worthless - unless you're trying to simulate the day of the test and you have some home dipsticks. Better look for the 15 ng strips (if they exist). On the day of the test, and again assuming that you can't or won't substitute, follow N2's diultion method in the sticky to a tee. On the day of the test, use gatorade spiked with salt to get your gravity up, take vitamin B, and take like 6-325 mg aspirins before the test. And for God's sake, don't smoke anymore until after you pass the test. |
