| Ok I had a drug test about 4 months ago for a company. A pre emplyment test and failed it. I just had another pre employment test for a entirely different company. But the test was at the same clinic and the sample is being sent to the same testing clinic. This time though i had a donor that tested clean at home prior to the lab test, where i used the sample. The question is will the lab identify the differnce in specimins? Mine and the donor. Will they even check, since its different companies. Im scared because they may still have that first sample thats dirty from me and compare it to the new one(thats not mine). Or would that violate privacy laws? Is that unheard of? In canada that is. THanks So mUch Heres the companies Website :http://www.maxxam.ca/res.asp |

| I find it hard to believe that they would conduct such a test, i.e., the employer did not order a comparative analysis. Furthermore, it is very unlikely that the older specimen is still around. Maybe someone else knows different but keeping your specimen around for 4 months seems unlikely. My guess is that they will run the normal screen and if it comes up negative - that is what they will report. If positive, they will run the confirmation test (gc/ms). |
