| I'm a female, 120 lbs, 5'4'' and smoked about 2-3 joints daily for the last month and half. I stopped completely on wed (may 25) and have to take the test today, in few hours. I have an active lifestyle, i work-out (cardio and strength training) 5 to 6 times a week ( avg 5 to 6 hours a week) and eat a low-fat high fiber diet. I've been drinking tons of water in the last 24 hours. Can anyone offer suggestions on passing the EMIT test. Any comments or helpful suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |
