|  Help! My test came back "diluted" Here's my story. 10 days ago I smoked some pot, few hits, and I had not used before that in several years. Last Friday (day 7) I did the water dilute and of course it showed and now I have to retest. What should I do? I'm 57, 5'1 and weigh 125. I didn't smoke much but my friend said it was some GOOD stuff. I am moderately active and have a pretty high metabolism. Am I safe or should I try something else to get a clear test? THANKS!!! |

|  The trick with dilution techniques is to make your sample appear not to be diluted. These threads will show you how to do it right: Dilution and aspirin-- the technique DILUTION: tips, tricks and guidelines from N2 Most one-time smokers are clean is 7 - 10 days, so you might not even need to dilute. Get yourself a home test and find out. It's well worth it for your peace of mind.
