well i followed N2's dilution method and took my ready clean 2 hours before my test. I go to the probation office, tell the guy i havnt smoked in a month, go take my drug test, and i passed. after looking at my urine for a minute he says he can tell i took an "adulterate" so i just came out with it. I told him i havnt smoked in ten days but i was still afraid of passing so i bought a thing of ready clean. He then tells me he is going to send it to the lab and when it comes back dirty he is going to send me to jail for 15 days with work release. he then also tells me to come back on the 17th of june to take another UA and if i fail that one i get to go for 30 days. so all together i will be be clean for 25 days when i take my next test. do i have any chance of passing this one? Or is it possible i might have beat the lab with the dilution method? i drank well over half a gallon of poweraid and took a bunch of aspirin. before i stopped smoking i puffed at least once a day. please help me!!!!

You are incredibly gullible. Haven't you ever watched a cop movie? You got "played"!

If you follow the guidelines you'll probably pass. Test at home to find out. Don't overdilute. Don't combine the guidelines with so-called "detox" drinks unless you want your urine to glow in the dark. I suspect that's what your PO saw. It would not have tested positive for "adulterants", it's just too much color.

lol, what do u mean if you take detox your urine, will glow in the dark... that seems pretty far fetched. unless your making fun of the post above.

You should not have admitted to any wrong doing at all. Everyone's pee color varies. You could have said you take some funky vitamins everyday or something. Your piss was not adulterated, it was diluted. Always DENY everything!

Drug tests are not a zero-tolerance deal. They all have a cutoff level below which you would test negative. The cutoff level of strip tests and GC/MS tests are numerically different but effectively equivalent.

It's what's called "hyperbole", a literary device that adds emphasis through exaggeration. It doesn't literally glow in the dark. Both the B-complex in the dilution technique and the B-complex that's probably in the detox drink add a bright yellow color to the urine which looks fluorescent in heavy concentration.
