please need help passing, heres my situation

i have a urine test tommorow which is wednesday. The last time i smoked was on maybe the 31st of may. so about two weeks ago. Before that i had not smoked in over a month, so you can see i am not a frequent user. I need to pass this test for a job and i just was wondering how worried i should be about it. And what extra precautions i could take before hand to assure me of passing. thanks alot

Most one-time smokers are clean in 7 - 10 days. You should be fine. The only thing I'd do is drink a little extra water (like a quart) a couple of hours before the test and empty your bladder shortly after drinking it.

If you're worried you can always pick up a home THC test at the drugstore and see how you're doing.

thanks alot. The thing is, I am not a one time smoker. Its just that in about the past 6 weeks i have smoked just that one time almost 2 weeks ago. Before 6 weeks ago though i smoked every so often. So its not exactly first time thats why i am a little worried about my past smoking. anyways, thanks for the reply

It's because of the length of time before your last session that I figured you fit the "first time" label. The average daily smoker is clean after 30 days so you were probably clean by the last time you smoked.

If you're worried, get a THC test from the drugstore and see if you need to take any special precautions.
