I smoked a very very small amount Saturday night. This was the first in five weeks or more. I haven't had an 1/8 of an OZ in the past year. What's the chance of failure?

These random drug test are total bull**** and it pisses me off.

I guess I needed to include that I'm a 6', 52 year old male, weighing an inactive 280lbs.
I'm in management and this is my third test including two random test over the past five years. I'm fairly sure that I failed all three. No one has ever said, and I didn't ask.
How would I find out the results without asking the boss? I don't think they would fire me over it but there is just something strange between us.
I run a tight ship and I've made a lot of money for the company. This I think is why they don't fire me like anyone else that has failed.
I need to know so I can rest.

Don't ask if you passed, just get a home test kit and get the results yourself.
