Thanks to N2's awesome guide on dillution, which I'd highly recomend to anyone who cannot substitute (even though I'd advise going this route above all). Here's my story:

I hadn't smoked for about 56-60 days when I took a home test which came up positive for THC the morning of my urine test. Calmly I went to the grocery store and purchased a huge container of Gatorade, Vitamin B complex, rolaids, asprin. Now several days before hand I went to GNC and bought Creatin supps and took them 4 days before the test (very important!). I tried to put salt into the drink mix, but got violently ill and scrapped that part; stared all over again after that. The important part is not only to do the creatine supp but to also double the mix of Gatorade in a quart and to take rolaids as this will help weight down your dilluted urine. Of course you need to take the asprin as part of the process as well!

Be sure to take the vitamin supp two hours before..when I turned in my urine sample it was a nice yellow color, but not too bright. Don't worry about not having enough pee for the test as I had no problems giving a sample! Also make sure not to give the sample until mid-stream, make sure you piss out three-four times before you give your sample. Be sure you do this process four hours before your test as I found this gave me ample time to dillute correctly.

Looking back I would have prepared a lot more to raise my metabolism (exercise) since I had time to do this. Make sure to buy a couple of home tests just to gauge where you are, but don't rely on a negative home test to just get by, because they aren't always a sure thing!

I'm so glad this nightmare is over (three days of stress) and hope all of you are able to be successful like I was. Now I would luv to buy some smoke for the weekend, but just to be safe I'm going to wait!
