Here is my situation I need your advice:

5'11'' 160 lbs.
intense exercise 3-4 times weekly
smoked 11 days ago and about 5 times total over memorial day weekend
have stopped since
usually smoke 3-4 times monthly
been exercising heavily since the last time I smoked
taken 4 at home tests and passed them all
yesterday morning I took an at home test with first pee in the morning and again passed
I have a test at quest diagnostics today
what should I do to ensure I pass this test (pre-employment test)?

I took the test yesterday at the quest lab (after passing two more at home tests). First off, in my opinion this was very unprofessional. The guy administering the test had problems filling out the form and had to keep asking questions to another employee who was literally reading a book at her desk. They made me empty my pockets, during which they really didn't even pay attention. Then they let me put everything back in my pockets before the test. He led me to the restroom and explained that I should not flush the toilet or run any water until I hand him the test vile. He handed me the the vile and I did my thing (I had been waiting patiently to pee the entire time I was there because I used the dilution methods from N2...almost peed in my pants). I gave him back the vile and he actually spilled the pee twice while filling the two containers. After that I just had to sign and I was on my way. For the record my pee was a very light yellow color. To my knowledge he never checked the temperature or for anything else before he packaged everything up to be shipped. Any thoughts on my chances of failing this test?
