I took a drug test on June 15th, it is now June 20th. I have been totally clean for 76 days exactly to test date and was wondering if by some very astronomically small chance I failed, would they have notified me or my employer by now? Test was taken on a wednesday, so there is thurs, fri, sat, sun, and today is now monday and I have not recieved word yet. Just curious, waiting is killing me, lol.

Same here. Same date and all. Still waiting with same lab. Their website says results within 24-72 hrs. Good luck and by ur clean time, it looks good for you. I know that negative results in my experience the employer dont bother to tell you cause u were fine. Please post ur results!

Call you employer and ask when you can start. Always base any question on the assumtion you passed. You don't do drugs, do you?

This is what I would have posted to. Call the employer, ask when your start date is. If they gives you a negative answer, tell them you were going to go out of town and you wouldn't be in the area. You could also say your cell phone only works in a certain area, and you would be out of the coverage radius.

cant, i already have a start date of June 28th, and have had this date since before the drug test. thats why im waiting for results so I can let my old job know im done there, but would hate to quit and then find out i failed, lol. hopefully i get results today.

today is now the 6th day ive been waiting and still no word, if I failed do you think they would of notified me by now?

If you failed, they would notify you. We just don't know how they shipped the sample to the lab.

You have a start date, just go to work.

just for the record i did a drug test in july of 2004 and didnt get a call from my employer(D.O.T.) until jan 2005. 6 months later. wasnt with Quest though.

Kramer, don't freak every one out. The employer had the results BEFORE 6 months, they just didn't call you in to work until 6 months after testing, right?
