I think I posted this in the wrong place, so I am reposting here...

Like everyone else I have a pre-employment screen that I must pass. I am a chronic user, so I have decided to use the substitution method. I have the sample and a nifty little kit with a bag to put in my bra and a little tube to run down to my crotch. It seems fairly simple, but I am not sure I could pull it off if watched. My test is at quest and the paper calls it 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS. I would love to know if this is definitely just a simple UA or if anything else could be involved. Also, there is a box for the collector to check if it was observed. Does this mean it will be observed for sure? Is it possible to substitute like this when observed? Do any females have tips on what to where to make this simpler? (ie. Is skirt easier than pants?)
I have to take the test on Monday, so I think it is a little late for dilution. I am 42 and have smoked since I was about 15. In the last few years daily and sometimes more than once per day.
I would appreciate any advice or even comforting words!

is a common employment drug test. It won't be observed. As for your other questions ... skirts, etc, I would have no clue.

Well, I took my test today. I used a real sample off the internet with a bag and tube configuration. I had the sample frozen and ran hot water over it for about 10 minutes. I then left it in the cup while I heated a heat pack (15 minutes). I taped the heatpack to the sample and attached a digital thermometer. Sample was 101 at this point. I put the bag in my bra strap and taped the tube down my body to my crotch. I wore a t-shirt and a jean skirt to the test. I waited about 15 minutes at the test site (drive time was 10 minutes) before going in. They made me leave my bag and book and sent me in the restoom while standing outside. When she tested the sample it was 95 degrees!
As long as my resource was reliable, I should be good to go!
I know this is long, but wanted to share this with other females that need to sub. My biggest concern was that I might be observed (I think this was unfounded, though), but I think I still could have done this if it was observed wearing the skirt.
I will post my results as soon as I know. My start date is supposed to be 7/5, so I should know by then.
