|  Are drug/urine tests confidential? I was talking to a buddy of mine a little while ago & he told me that once you take a drug test & either pass or fail, that information stays on your record & can affect future employment opportunities..This guy is real conspiracy theory nut & I frankly don't believe this but I wanted to ask you guys out here because I am sure someone would know for sure.. He also said that if a person is caught subbing or diluting that goes on file too. |
