|  Test on July 11 Hello, I'm approx 5'6" 175 lbs, and a bit of a gut. I'm a daily smoker (usually 1 bowl). I haven't smoked in 14 days and don't plan to smoke at all until after my test on the 11 (clean 25 days total). I've been drinking plenty of water, and plan to continue doing so. Do I need to consider dilution the day of or will all of the water I've been drinking be enough? Employer takes me to the test. They don't watch,but I don't think sub is possible. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks |
