Been scanning over some of the threads and have seen stuff about urine being too diluted. Is this just for lab tests or do the urine cup tests also test to make sure your creatine level and stuff is high enough?

The specimen integrity check (ph, specific gravity, creatnine) usually is a seperate assay from the drug check. However there are some drug test kits available with a built-in integ check, such as this one found in this link below. It doesnt check the creatnine levels though, but specific gravity can be checked with it:
