Okay, unique situation:

My wife's been offered a job within her company (let's say it's a franchise, so a different owner), which will require us to move from Indiana to California. She already did a drug test (passed, of course) when she started this job 2 years ago. They require her to do another test before she starts at the new location. Are there any specific laws in Cali that say she must do the test out there? It just seems pointless for them to test her again using the same lab they sent her to previously as the job's within the same company, so I'm wondering if the reason they have to do it a second time is because some Cali law states the test must be done there...

Obviously, the longer we can put the test off, the better, so I hope the answer is yes!

We're going to do a dilution test run this weekend, if it turns out bad, we'll probably fork out for some synth urine.
