I have the paperwork for a pre employment urine test 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS with Quest diagnostic and there are two sample stickers A and B at the bottom of the paper that the tech's put on the sample apparently. Does this mean I will be required to submit 2 2oz samples? Or is this just for when they split 1 2oz sample for a emit and GC/MS test.

They will split a 2oz sample into 2, 1oz samples. The second or 'split' sample is used if there is a dispute over the results that the lab gets. If you decide to dispute a result from a split sample, the second sample is sent to a second lab to confirm or deny the first labs findings. The second labs testing cost, however, would be at your expence.

Yep that clears it up thanks for the help. Pretty much what I figured but had a little doubt when I saw two specimin stickers and figured it was best to ask rather than be suprised. Also I read that the 5-50 in the exam corresponds to testing for THC, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP. Is this correct that they are testing for these five categories only with this test?

Ya it is a 5 panel test with a cutoff level at 50NG.
