Hi,

I have a pre-employment test tomorrow and have been practicing with the Urinator. Only problem is I an wondering on the temps. coming out low.

I did the first run with a new set of duracell batteries and filled the bladder with 75cc of 104 degree water. I folded up the package and set the timer for 90 minutes. After ninety minutes I tested the sample and the temp came back at 93.

The second time I used even hotter water 108 and new batteries for a result of 94 degrees after 90 min.

Is this an acceptable temperature? I am following the instructions exactly and cannot figure out why the temp is lower than 96-98? And advice greatly appreciated.

Also if any one has any recomendations of how to best conceal the unit in a suit, let me know!

Just a thought, is the test directly in front of some individual person? Or is it for the military, most other jobs allow semi-privacy

and the entire deception issue is less important. With the military you are totally naked anyway so deception is mute.

Afterthought: Unless you are willing to do some semi-surgical procedures that are totally ...

No military this time, did that many years ago.

I am pretty sure it is an unsupervised test as it is simply for employment.

You really need to contact urineator. Sounds like you got a defective one. Urinator temps should keep the sample at 98-99.
