| Hey everyone, this is my first time posting here, and i have a dilemma. I've read through the posts under the urine testing forum and havent really found an answer to my question, so maybe someone more knowledgable than I knows. I am being somewhat regularly urine tested, due to my recent release from a rehabilitation clinic. My urine samples go through a company called Labcorp. I know that Labcorp offers quite a vast array of urinalysis tests, ranging from the standard NIDA-5, all the way up to an 'extended urinalysis' that tests for over 250 substances. I am very interested in knowing which drugs my urine are being screened for. I do know for a fact that my insurance company is paying for the tests. Does anybody know which tests Optimum Choice/MAMSI insurance pays for? I think its very unlikely that insurance is paying for the full battery that checks for 250 substances, because that probably costs much more to perform, but I also suspect the urine is being checked for alcohol, possibly DXM or other substances. Could anyone shed some light on this? It would be very helpful! Thanks! - E |

| The only advice I can give is if they give you a sheet of paper after you are tested, the type of test should be circled on it- 5 panel, 8 panel, or 9 panel. I have never heard of a test for 250 substances. |

| Heres the link to the webpage on the Labcorp site that shows the test with "over 250 substances". Its certainly offered. http://www.labcorp.com/datasets/labc...o/tx002500.htm Unfortunately, I do not take my own samples to the lab, someone else does that for me, and im unable to see the sheet that says whether its a 5 panel, 6 panel, or 10 panel, or whichever. Does anyone know which one the standard MAMSI/Optimum Choice insurance pays for? |

| You should recieve a Control and Custody form for each sample submitted, unless the person delivering your sample is a parent/guardian. N2
