ive been clean for 2 1/2 weeks now and hav been pounding down the fluids. i even went on the 2 day red meat diet.when i went to see my p.o. this mornin she wanted a u.a. and i gave it to her. i didnt pass. so she is goin to retest me in two weeks

I assume by you getting tested in the morning you did not have the option of voiding your bladder 4-5 times before your test which might have helped a little bit. If it was a dipstick test it was a 50ng cutoff test you might have passed it if you had more time to flush your bladder.

Excessive water days and weks before the test won't help, as you found out. Dilution will only work in the hours just before a test.
Stay clean and you should be OK in 2 more weeks.
Home test yourself and if you need to, then dilute as pre the dilution guidelines.

morning for me is 2 my test was at 2:30... i pissed four times that day b4 the test

Sorry I did not know that youwere a night person, I have friends that work at night and2 pm is their morning also. Listen to what N2 told you, the dillution is for a period of time before the test not for a few weeks before hand. If youhave 2 more weeks I agree with N2 that you should be ok. As always get a at home test and check yourself for peace of mind. Good Luck
