Ok remember me i took the urine test on the 8th....any way they called me back for another interview, i'm thinking that can't be good, if they already gave me an interview why would they want to give me another one, they have to be calling me in to talk about my urine test, which i took on Friday and still has not heard anything about the results, i don't know why but i'm piss'n my pants right now...

Could the store manager calling me in for another interview be anything goood?

A second interview could mean that they've narrowed down the field of candidates for the job and are trying to choose between them.

When I was in the IT field, getting a job usually involved three interviews as they reduced the pool of candidates and needed more info to make a final choice.

If you failed your drug test it's more likely that they'd just call you and tell you that you're out of the running. Businesses aren't interested in getting you off drugs. They simply disqualify applicants who test positive and hire someone else. They wouldn't waste their time giving you another interview.

Relax I have had 2-3 interviews for the same job, did not get htem though But what Buzzby said is true so just go in there like you own the place [kind of] and get that job. Good Luck

That is exactly what they are doing. If you flunked you would have been notified by the lab also, ( in most cases), and the company would not have even called you back in. You are one of the last candidates, turn on the charm and act as if you don't need them. It'll be their loss if they don't hire you.
