I am 5'7", 138lbs, lazy and a daily smoker for the past few years. once a day, every day, but only 1-3 hits.

I have a pre-employment urine test on Monday.

Should I just drink a lot of water the day of? i was thinking of buying a home test kit or even just going to a different lab right before going to the required lab for the employer.

I can probably delay the test a few days if I need to.

There is more to dilution than just drinking a lot of water. Practice a dilution technique and home test to see if it gets you below the cutoff. It is quite possible to over-dilute. If you do that they'll make you test again.

If you go to a different lab it might take them a few hours before your results are ready so you might want to delay the actual test until you get the results from the first one. I go to a lab and pretest also and getting the results depend on how busy they are, sometimes its the next day. Either use Quick Fix or sub. Or like Buzzby said follow the Dillution methods, you need to load up on creatine 2-3 days prior to the test but to much of it will give you the runs. If it comes up dillute they may not give you a second test and lose out on the job or it will be observed which pretty much cancels out subbing.
