|  scared to death!! Hi. I have a drug test coming up in 48 hours and I just smoked 2 days ago. What can I do to pass this test? My career depends on me passing. I bought a take home kit, and I bought some Gatorade. I also have vinegar in my house. I drank the vinegar once before for another drug test and passed, but I drank almost a whole bottle of it and threw up all day. Please help. I smoke about 2 dime bags a week. |

| Vinegar does nothing to help you pass a drug test. You might be able to pass with dilution. You could definitely pass with substitution.
