| i stopped smokin a lil more that 2 weeks ago. my smoking patterns was 1-3 bowl smokes a day almost every day. since then ive been running 1-2 miles a day and doing pushups. i weigh 113lbs 5'2. ive heard of excersing will burn some of the thc away. i run under hot conditions which make me sweaty. i have a drug testing next wednesday for basic military training in the airforce. how do you think i will do? or should try the dilution method. the thing is, i dont what part of the processing will i take my UA test so i dont know when to start drinkin water. any suggestions? answers? *edit.oh yeah i have a very fast metabolism(that is the one where you eat alot and dont gain much weight at all right?) |

| based on what i've heard and seen, i think you will be alright. just drink 8 glasses of water like an hour before the test. good luck!

| Start with home test'. If you pass that, no worries. If you don't, stall. THe military needs you, more than you need them. Take the time you need to get yourself cleaned out. You're on the right track with the excersize. Just keep it up untill you pass a home test and then head to boot camp. Hope that helps. N2
