June 11th took 4 hits of mid grade
June 12th took 2 hits
June 13th took 2 hits
June 18th took 2 hits
June 19th took 2 hits
June 22nd took 2 hits
During this period I played tennis alot and stayed hydrated with water,gatorade. Drank coffee in the morning and few beers in the PM
THe problem is I had a pp test on the 12th July. The last time I played Tennis was on the 9th July. The morning of the p test I hydrated and piss then drank some more water and went to the p test. Got there and piss again. Then I took the p test. I then went to walgreen and got two athometest kits and tested my-self. I came back negative, the next morning I tested my self again and it was neg. My question is did I do enough. Do I still have to worry? Have not heard anything back yet. I am sweating and not sleeping.
I am 5'8' 179
high metabolisim(always sweating under the arm pits)
medium build

The home tests are accurate. Although I hate telling people "you passed" before the actual results are in (I'm no psychic), you passed.

A little more insight. Befor that bing I was clean for about 8 months. Does that work im my favour?

Yes, that probably helped. The more frequently you use, the more metabolite will build up in your system.

Three weeks minus a day gave you enough time to be clean. You're an infrequent user, so if I had to guess I'd say you were clean at two weeks.

Of course I could be wrong,

but with drug tests no news is *definitely* good news. Don't smoke again until you're absolutely sure you've been hired, though, just in case they want you to re-test. (I assumed this was a pre-employment test)

Took test on the 12 of july. I did athome test after the p test and it came back neg. I did another one (athometest) the following morning and it was also neg. How accurate are these self test.

Unless the cutoff limit of your test was lower than the home test, the home test will be accurate. Usually tests cutoff at 50 ng/mL, however, I've heard of them going as low as 5 or 10 ng/mL.
