Theres alot of important info here, all good, but i have a query, not found on here yet. I have a drug test and physical coming up soon, have taken 6 before even 2 dot physicals, have always subbed in my crotch and then put bottle in my sock, loose jeans a must. But this time a friend who I can,t tell i smoke told me that the female dr. will be doing a hernia test as well, he said you didn,t have to put on gown just drop your drawers,lol, can,t ask him what i want to directly, does anyone think there,s any chance the dr. would see you before urine test? Also would there be any reason to check feet or ankles for any reason? Am considering the sock, armpit method but i know i will have blood pressure and the rest of the works. What do you think my chances are with my tried and true method of crotching then socking for the physical are? Hope someone reads this and can reassure me. My luck 2 dot,s , 4 drug test and not one hernia test ,until now for a pre employmeny physical, damn the luck. By the way tried the new feet warmers in 30 min. temp. was 128 and rising...i use a small 2 0z. lab test bottle for sample a little big around but has worked 6 times gonna try ans see if it,s still lucky..

typically in this situation, people arrive doing the pee pee dance and tell them that they drank lots of water becasue they have a shy ballder and wanted to make sure that they would be able to provide a urine sample and could you do that first please? and ummm right way??
