OK...The last I smoked was 12 days ago I took a few hits off of a blunt. Before the blunt was two days, and I smoked reg stuff all weekend. In the last 12 days. I have walked about 20+ miles and sweating a lot, jogged about 1 mile, drank nothing but a lot of water and cranberry juice. I also take Hydroxycut with Ephedra, Omega-3, calcium, Multi-vitamins with a high B count, Concetrate cranberry pills, burdock root everyday. I took shots of vinegar for 2 days. and have quick tabs 1 hour flush before I go. I plan to drink about a gallon of craberry tonight and a gallon of water tommorow morning. I am 6-6 about 250, I would say i dropped about 10 pounds maybe more in the last 2 weeks. I am taking the urine test a Quest Diagnostic labs, what do you think my chanes are.

Right know I am doing 2 dry runs. I took an at home drug test about 90 min ago. There was no clearly vissible line, but if you hold it to the light and look you can see something very faint. I bought another box of quick tabs and am drying a dry run with those. after that test I plan on doing shots of rice whine vinegar and chasing that by drinking a gallon of cranberry juice. Tommorow I will get up and take 4 asprin 2-3 hrs before and drink a gallong of water then take the quick tabs 90 mins before and go take it the test.

Also another thing, frinking all that water will bring my creatine levels down, well I have creatine serum. Should I start taking some now and in the morning. I am looking for anything that will get me through. I need this job.

Also I heard that if you put a pub in the sample it will be contaminated and a retest would have to be done. Have you heard of that?

Forget the vinegar. It doesn't do anything.

If you drink all that fluid you will certainly test dilute and they'll make you take the test again or fail you. Your specific gravity and creatinine levels will be way down.

You have to take creatine supplements several days before a test in order for them to be effective.

How do you get a pub into a urine sample? Pubs tend to be large, constructed of heavy materials, and well-anchored to the ground.

Well I took the second test with the quick tabs and it passed. I do still planning on taking asprin and rolaids tommorow as well.
