| Just found out this morning that i landed a position for a company. They told me I'll have to take a drug test next wednesday (7 days from now). I don't smoke heavily any more (couple hits a week) but got into the hash pretty heavy last night and now i'm trippin out. I have a high metabolism but haven't worked out much lately and am thinking of hittin the gym hardcore up until the test. I've read some postings that say excersise is good while a few say that you should rest and load up on food to reduce the breakdown of fat. Just lookin for a little guidance, any comments are appreciated. |

| I played tennis while I was going through my six day bing not knowing that apiss test was waiting for me down the road. Lifting weigths I believe would not raise your metabolic too much. Running after a tennis ball like your depended on it is the way to go. On the other on such notice I think you should look at N2 dilution solution |

| Yep, like Mover said, 4-5 days of tennis type excersize to burn as much fat as possable followed by 1-2 days of couch potato just before the test to slow down fat burnage. Object being to release as much THC-COOH from fat cells that store it up until several hours before the test and then try to slow down the release of what is left. At that point you will still likely test possitve if you try a home test without dilution. If not, great, but if so, you'd best be prepaired to dilute or to substitute a clean sample.
