general urine test question

Are business required to warn you about a pre-employment drug test? The state I am afraid of being tested in, is Ohio. If anyone knows the legality of pre-employment tests, it would be much appreciated if you could shed some light on this!

(The company has not said anything about a drug test to me yet, and there is only about 1 week left before the interview)
