|  detox drinks and water... how long before the test should i drink the detox drink and how much water should i drink after i drink it? thanks |

| the drink only last 5 hours and they take 30 min. to kick in. the brand i bought was the 44.00 dollar from GNC Qcarbo it said to drink the contents and refill the bottle 3 times and drink. im glad it sure helped me pass a drug test which had been smoking the day before. thats why i am proud now to say that i am a navy man. |

| Just follow the direcxtions. I recomend taking it at least 2 hours before so you can drink enough to keep the sample from looking too florecent from the added creatine. |
