|  My nightmare please advise 200 lbs, 5'11 35 yrs old. I have been a pothead for years, recently i stopped smoking approx for three weeks. and quit cigarettes 6 months permanently . I smoked a 50$ piece over 4 days from july 18-24 and have stoped all together. I am curious to know how long i am on the fence? Question... if my urine test is on or after August 20th will my system be cleaned out if I go on a severe salad diet., low carbs and low fat. and drink cranberry and water every day ? Please advise. I made a stupid mistake by smoking and I hope it doesnt come back to haunt me. also a hair sample would automatically show if they took one ? thanks for the the responses in advance Shiney |
