i am a cronic smoker of 20+ years and have found myself in hot water.I was arrested and went to my crt date on the 21st of july. was given pc1000 . i stopped smoking yesterday.aug.28th is my next court dateand im afraid they will test me that day ,dont think ill pass the test and dont know what to do.
it is a crt ordered test so they will probably watch.I am 36 yrs old .I am 5'7" and weigh 145 lbs . me and my honey puff appr. 1/2 oz a wk.i dont exercise at all my metabolism is from med.to high .if you got any suggestions please let me know . 29 days left. can i pass this test succesfully?i need suggestions quick!!!!!!

With 29 days you should be fine without doing anything. Just don't smoke again.

if you dont smoke up to the test and you STILL pass positive its ok, they understand that weed takers longer to get out of the system, now if more than a months passes and u continue to pass +, theyll get suspicious. hope that helps

The average time for a daily smoker to test clean is 30 days.

If you want to trust in averages then you should be clean for your court-ordered test. If you want to be more proactive about it, order some home THC tests from eBay and find out how you're doing. If, as you get close to the date, you find that you're still positive you should try a dilution technique. Try it. Test yourself afterwards and see if you pass. The trick is to dilute enough to pass the test without diluting so much that your test sample comes up diluted.

my public defender said i need to complete a 34hr. class,if i test dirty i'll be dropped and given a 300hr. class .test dirty again and do 90 days in jail .having enough prob not smokin cuz the hubby does.i really would like to not test dirty the first time so i can be done with it and resume puffin. what can i do?

Given your time line and what you are up against, just quit for the 29 days. Tell Hubby to go to the garage and smoke, as he should not make it any tougher on you than it already is. A 34 hour class is alot better than a 300 hour clas or 90 days in jail. The dilution techniuqes work but why risk it for the court, failing an pre employment test does not carry the same risks that you are up against. Personally I would much rather go without for 30 days than 3 months or more. Good Luck

As someone who just 2 days ago got free of my probation and court ordered stuff. in Fla here if your in the legal system don't smoke or try to fool the sytem the consequence sucks. and I know

Get online to buy cheep home test and know where you stand before you're tested. If your 1st urine of the morning test clean 3-4 days before your court ordered test, great. But if not, you'll still have time to load up on creatine and dilute. At 29 days, if you're not clean, you're a cinch to pass with a bit of dilution.
